Bill data reached through this site comes from the official billing system. We do not create it, edit it or hold it. If an amount, due date or meter reading looks wrong, the record held by your distribution company is the one that counts, and the correction has to come from them.

Calculators here give an estimate. They apply published NEPRA tariff figures to the units you enter. A real bill also carries adjustments notified monthly and quarterly, along with arrears, meter rent and other items specific to your connection. Your printed bill will not match the estimate exactly, and it is not meant to.

Tariffs, surcharges, connection charges and procedures change. We update pages when a change is notified, but there can be a gap between the notification and the update. Confirm anything that affects a payment with your distribution company before acting on it.
